Job summary

VT Group (VTG) seeks a Senior Principal System Architect in Springfield, VA to lead and oversee the NSG/ASG systems-of-systems enterprise. The role covers cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid services, with responsibility for planning, testing, documenting, and maintaining diverse solutions.

You will guide senior contractor teams, ensure integration across complex environments, and align engineering plans with program requirements and security domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field or related experience.
• Senior-level systems integration experience in government or industry with large complex System of Systems or SOA in cloud, on premise, or hybrid.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced understanding of systems engineering.
• Experience with NGA/NSG/ASG programs or IC/DoD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee systems integration activities across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies to ensure GEOINT readiness.
• Oversee a total systems perspective including relationships, dependencies and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Prepare engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.
• Guide Mid- and Junior-level contractor Systems Integrators.
