Job summary

Celigo, a leading iPaaS provider, seeks a Senior Solution Architect to design cloud-based integration and automation solutions for customers, partnering with sales and project teams to craft architectures using integrator.io.

The role requires deep technical and business process expertise, hands-on experience with CRM/ERP/eCommerce systems, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. Remote-first culture and competitive benefits accompany the challenge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering or solution consulting, or business process consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline; MBA or MSIS preferred.
• A technical background is required with understanding of integration technologies (file transfer protocols, SOA, Web Services APIs).
• Solid knowledge of business operations (quote to cash, supply chain, procure to pay, accounting).
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP/eCommerce systems (SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon).
• Experience leading integration teams and designing enterprise-scale integration solutions.
• Understanding of LLM models and how to integrate with existing systems.
• Knowledge of API lifecycle management, SaaS/On‑Demand apps, and EDI knowledge is a plus.
• Extensive experience working with external customers in a pre-sales or consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Work independently or with a sales team to craft cloud-based solutions around SaaS and legacy integrations.
• Conduct customer and partner scoping sessions to craft technical solutions using Celigo products.
• Write requirements and design documents defining the solution, integration method, assumptions, and use cases.
• Be the voice of the customer internally to shape product design and delivery.
• Provide design documents and other deliverables during customer projects in the Solution Architect role.
• Architect repeatable solutions for productization or reuse by service teams or partners.
• Participate in consulting projects to provide high-level architecture designs and roadmaps.
