Job summary
Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the architecture, integration, and modernization of KES's engineering technology ecosystem, including Autodesk, CAD, PLM, and related product development platforms.
The role partners with IT and business teams to design solutions for transformation initiatives using architecture best practices, balancing requirements and project risks.
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms and CAD/PLM ecosystems.
- Strong CAD, PLM and engineering data management knowledge.
- Experience architecting engineering and product development environments.
- Proven ability communicating technology to varied audiences.
- Experience partnering with customers to develop technical proposals.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product teams to design technical solutions for business transformation, then lead the detailed blueprint.
- Create architectural blueprints aligned with IT vision and strategy.
- Leverage expertise across software engineering, security, cloud, and related domains.
- Lead architecture strategy across the engineering and design organization.
- Identify and experiment with solutions to solve problems new to the organization.
- Collaborate with finance to build economic models for strategic solutions.
