Databricks Inc. seeks a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the organization's most complex customer engagements, driving consumption strategy and owning executive-level relationships. You will serve as the definitive technical authority, mentoring peers and guiding strategic decisions across teams.

You will orchestrate cross-functional efforts across product, DSAs, SSAs, and partners to deliver enterprise-grade data/AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and revenue growth.

Formación

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical pre-sales roles.
• Expert-level coding proficiency in Python and SQL (Spark/PySpark preferred).
• Deep enterprise data architecture experience: distributed systems, real-time, lakehouse patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Drive technical and consumption strategy for complex engagements; influence platform adoption.
• Own senior-level technical relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Lead architecture engagements: multi-workload platforms, migrations, real-time systems, AI/ML at scale.
• Mentor junior SAs and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership and customer-facing content.
