Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead AI architecture spanning Knowledge, Trust, and Control across the enterprise. This role blends hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination to enable enterprise AI adoption with robust compliance and monitoring.

The candidate will oversee foundation model management and integration of external tools, collaborating with EY teams and guiding the council on AI initiatives. Hybrid work in the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and major providers (Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Deepseek).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models, LLM, and SLM.
• Integrate external tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as a player-coach contributing to technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be a true expert across Knowledge, Trust, and Control/Harness AI systems and their applications to customer opportunities and internal horizontal platform development.
• Member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives to success.
