Senior Solutions Architect - Data Science (Phoenix) at Harnham

Katy, Texas - Onsite 5 days a week

Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 base + Bonus

A retail company in the Houston area is in search of a Senior Solutions Architect to join their Shared Services team. In this role, you will shape the architecture that drives innovative marketing solutions and will focus on enterprise-level architecture and marketing technology integrations. Role Responsibilities

• Design and implement architectural solutions with a strong emphasis on marketing, including integration with CDP platforms like Treasure Data.
• Provide architectural guidance across both cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring all systems are well-integrated and aligned with business goals.
• Lead integrations across marketing tools such as Kafka and ESP platforms to enhance campaign performance, loyalty programs, and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, and store-related programs, to ensure alignment across all areas of the business.
• Serve as a key technical advisor, communicating complex technical concepts to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 5-10 years of enterprise architecture experience, particularly in retail-focused environments.
• Experience in marketing technology and CDP platforms like Treasure Data is crucial, including integrations with ESP tools.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kafka (or similar) tools for integration.
• Proven experience in providing architectural guidance and presenting solutions to leadership teams.
• Retail industry experience, with a background in working on marketing campaigns, loyalty systems, or customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or Zachman frameworks is essential for structuring and managing enterprise architecture.
