CTC Group is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to lead the execution and coordination of large-scale Agile initiatives within a DoD environment. You will oversee multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), manage dependencies, and ensure engineering activities align with mission objectives.

The role requires active TS/SCI with CI polygraph, SAFe STE/RTE/SPC certification, and strong Jira/Confluence skills. You will mentor Release Train Engineers and technical leads in Lean-Agile practices and drive

Competenze

Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance.
Experience coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains within SAFe.
Experience supporting cyber-focused DoD programs or government initiatives.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Mansioni

Lead Solution Train execution and facilitate large-scale Agile events (PI Planning, Solution Demos, I&A, Value Stream Syncs).
Coordinate dependencies, architectural alignment, and system integration across multiple ARTs.
Manage and optimize Solution Train workflows using Jira/Confluence and other enterprise tools.
Identify and resolve cross-team impediments, risks, and delivery dependencies.
Collaborate with engineering leads, program management, vendors, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
Monitor delivery milestones, track metrics, and maintain risk and architecture documentation.
Mentor Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and technical leads in Lean-Agile practices.
Drive continuous improvement to meet contractual, technical, cybersecurity, and mission requirements.
