Role Overview

The Senior Solution Expert is a strategic and subject matter expert for large, complex implementations, acting as an advisor for customers. They typically lead implementations, ensure quality control of client deliverables, and support presales activities globally. The role provides functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors, related products, and integrations. They also conduct presentations to represent Rizing both internally and externally.

While primarily customer-facing, the Senior Solution Expert is expected to be a thought leader and mentor within the organization, collaborating with the Global COE functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather and analyze clients’ business requirements and objectives.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on complex implementations.
3. Consult with customers and advise on Best Practice Implementation.
4. Collaborate with project managers to optimize project success and profitability.
5. Develop system configurations to meet client needs and enhance their knowledge.
6. Contribute to software implementation standards and best practices.
7. Mentor and coach junior consultants on projects and implementations.
8. Participate in weekly team and COE meetings.
9. Complete and maintain all necessary documentation, timesheets, expenses, etc.
10. Maintain relevant certifications and qualifications.
11. Support sales with domain expertise.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Third-level education in business-related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant experience in Professional Services as a consultant.
• Multiple SuccessFactors certifications, with at least one at the Professional Certification level.

• Expertise in SuccessFactors modules and SAP software at a Professional Certification level.
