The Senior Solution Expert is a strategic and subject matter expert for large, complex implementations, acting as an advisor for customers. They typically lead implementations, ensure quality control of client deliverables, and support presales activities globally. The role provides functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SuccessFactors, related products, and integrations. They also conduct presentations to represent Rizing both internally and externally.
While primarily customer-facing, the Senior Solution Expert is expected to be a thought leader and mentor within the organization, collaborating with the Global COE functions as needed.
