Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Socure. We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Consultant in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech environment that’s redefining digital identity and trust. In this role, you’ll serve as a key technical expert and strategic advisor for a pioneering identity orchestration platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive real-world results. You will engage directly with clients across industries, supporting them in reducing fraud, improving decisioning, and achieving safe growth. With direct impact on both pre- and post-sales initiatives, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling customer success through tailored, data-driven solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison during the sales cycle and implementation phase for a no-code identity orchestration platform.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align platform capabilities with client goals, including the execution of impactful Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
  • Design and customize fraud and identity workflows tailored to specific customer needs and data environments.
  • Influence product evolution by relaying client feedback to Product Development teams and contributing to strategic enhancements.
  • Support Product Marketing through content contributions such as webinars, whitepapers, and solution guides.
  • Drive adoption post-sale by analyzing platform performance and optimizing configurations to expand client use cases.
  • Clearly communicate the business value of technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to high-impact projects, ensuring customer success at every stage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, statistics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or professional services.
  • Track record supporting enterprise software or analytics solutions.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS sales cycles and client success strategies.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity and business relevance.
  • Demonstrated success developing and delivering engaging technical demos and solution narratives.
  • Familiarity with fraud, identity verification, decisioning systems, and/or orchestration tools.
  • Technical proficiency in REST APIs, databases, or machine learning principles is a plus.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer meetings or industry events.
  • Competitive base salary of $150,000–$175,000, plus performance-based sales incentive bonus.
