Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Solution Architect to identify and shape new business opportunities by leveraging client requirements, cost estimates, and multi-service options across technology domains. You will drive alignment across sales and delivery teams to ensure customer value and project success.

The role requires 5–7 years in customer engagement or technology delivery, with at least 2 years leading people and experience in SLED markets favored. Travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master’s degree is desired.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategic design of infrastructure-based solutions across Digital Workspace, Networking, Data Center, and Mobility.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding needs and crafting tailored recommendations.
• Champion integration of WWT offerings and cross-business services to enrich engagements.
• Collaborate with account teams to align sales and support efforts.
• Build and lead solution development teams to support growth.
• Support project scopes, value assessments, and build plans.
