Job summary

Bryant Park Consulting is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for Oracle EPM to work with our senior leadership and the Oracle EPM Sales and Solution Consulting organization to close business and build lasting partnerships with prospective clients across the Oracle ecosystem.

You will lead detailed pre-sales requirements analysis, implementation approach planning, risk analysis, and co-selling of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including configuring and demonstrating client-specific scenarios.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Oracle EPM consulting experience.
• Well-established network within Oracle's EPM sales and solution consulting organization.
• Experience selling and delivering with Oracle; trusted by Oracle account executives and engineers.
• Ability to architect and propose elegant EPM solutions and implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing Oracle EPM network to generate referrals and co-sell opportunities.
• Represent the firm within the Oracle Partner Network and participate in partner enablement and planning.
• Review requirements, RFPs, and develop responses for EPM implementation and advisory services.
• Lead scoping sessions to prepare implementation plans and estimates (timeline, processes, tech, data migration).
• Draft proposals, statements of work, project plans, and resource allocations.
• Present solutions to client stakeholders, often with Oracle teams.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines with clients; manage feedback and redlines on proposals.
• Foster long-term client relationships and position additional Oracle EPM services over time.
• Support Go-To-Market efforts, including marketing content, webinars, Oracle conferences, and OPN sponsorships.
• Serve as a thought leader, supporting internal enablement and coaching on Oracle EPM.

What you will do

As a Senior Solution Architect for EPM with Bryant Park Consulting, you will work directly with our firm's senior leadership and the Oracle EPM Sales and Solution Consulting organization to close business and build lasting partnerships with prospective clients across the Oracle ecosystem. You will be a face of our firm within the Oracle Partner Network (OPN), leading detailed pre-sales requirements analysis, implementation approach planning, risk analysis, and co-selling of Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, and Profitability and Cost Management), including configuring and demonstrating solutions to specific client scenarios where appropriate.

The ideal candidate has many years of hands‑on Oracle EPM consulting experience and already carries an active, well‑established network within Oracle's EPM sales and solution consulting organization. This is not an entry point into the Oracle ecosystem. It is a role for someone who has sold and delivered alongside Oracle before, is known and trusted by Oracle account executives and solution engineers, and can immediately activate those relationships to generate pipeline.

A Senior Solution Architect can rapidly understand new business models, financial processes, and corporate team dynamics to architect and propose elegant EPM solutions and implementation strategies.

This role will report directly into our Director of Sales & Solution Architecture and will be a pivotal driver of practice growth, carrying specific sales and bookings targets and incentives tied to Oracle EPM co‑sell activity.

Specific responsibilities and day-to-day activities

• Leverage an existing network with Oracle EPM Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Alliances & Channels contacts to generate referrals and co-sell opportunities
• Build relationships with centers‑of‑influence, systems integrators, and firms who refer new EPM business
• Represent our firm within the Oracle Partner Network, participating in partner enablement, account planning, and pipeline reviews
• Review requirements and RFP documents, and develop RFP responses and bids for EPM implementation and advisory services
• Lead scoping sessions to prepare implementation plans and estimates, including timeline, functional processes, technical requirements, and data migration
• Draft implementation proposals, statements of work, project plans, and resource allocations
• Present solutions and implementation approaches to client stakeholders, often jointly with Oracle teams
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and timeline with clients, and manage feedback and redlines on proposals
• Articulate our firm's advantages, sharing resumes and coordinating professional services team introductions
• Mobilize the delivery team after a win and serve as executive sponsor through implementation
• Foster long‑lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor, positioning additional Oracle EPM services over time
• Support Go-To-Market efforts, including marketing content, webinars, Oracle conferences, and OPN sponsorship activities
• Serve as a thought leader within the firm, supporting internal enablement and coaching around Oracle EPM

Salary Range

Salary Range : $160,000 to $180,000 In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
