Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Solution Architecture to drive the delivery of complex cloud and AI-enabled solutions for diverse clients. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategy, governance, and client relationship management in a hybrid model across the United States.

You will own end-to-end architecture, lead engineering teams, and ensure scalable, secure solutions while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience architecting and delivering large-scale cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on software engineering with ≥2 modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, JS/TS).
• Deep expertise in microservices, APIs, data architecture, and security by design.
• Experience delivering AI/ML/LLM-based business solutions in production.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for clients.
• Strong leadership, consulting, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks.
• Engage in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.
• Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.
• Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.
• Influence policy and procedural changes with broad business impact.
• Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and hiring.
