Job summary

Sigga is hiring a Senior Solution Architect to drive digital transformation in industrial maintenance across live accounts. You will design AI-enabled maintenance processes, map current workflows, and defend those designs to operations and IT leadership.

You will travel globally, engaging with plant and refinery executives to replace paper work orders with Sigga Empower, SAP-certified mobile asset management, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance floor background in refinery/plant/mine environments.
• 5+ years in SAP PM or EAM implementation consulting with onsite assessments.
• Experience turning paper work orders into mobile maintenance workflows.
• Ability to quantify business value to operations and IT leadership.
• Knowledge of security roles and access for maintenance systems.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and digitization in maintenance environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus NA work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Digitize and apply AI solutions to customer maintenance workflows.
• Own Empower design per account: including work orders, notifications, and data flow.
• Lead onsite discovery workshops and produce design delivery artifacts.
• Define To-Be processes for Empower across maintenance and repair.
• Architect SAP PM integration, master data, and mobile configuration, with security controls.
• Quantify business impact and present to executives, shop-floor teams, and stakeholders.
