Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Solution Architect Lead to translate business and system requirements into Microsoft technology solutions and to lead large-scale development teams. The role requires deep expertise in the Microsoft stack, React-based development, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Tech Stack.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building large-scale web/mobile apps using React.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of software architecture implementations including integration points, data flows, and technical specifications.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards across multiple teams.
• Provide technical guidance on design patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
• Review and approve technical designs, code quality, and testing approaches.
• Collaborate with Systems Architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead code reviews, architectural reviews, and provide mentorship to development team members.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Production Support teams to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of applications.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for technology stack improvements.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to development staff.
