Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology roles with institutional asset management or financial services experience.
• Lead-level contributor responsible for architectural decisions.
• Strong client data management and enterprise integration pattern knowledge.
• Understanding of institutional client workflows: onboarding, reporting, relationship lifecycle.
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences; able to influence outcomes without formal authority.
• Experience in regulated environments with data privacy and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural ownership for institutional client lifecycle management platforms and onboarding, servicing, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture and platform strategy.
• Translate business requirements from Marketing, Sales, Relationship Management and Client Servicing into scalable technology solutions.
• Guide solution design with expertise in asset management, data integration, reporting infrastructure, and workflows.
• Uphold architectural standards across integrations, data modeling, security, and governance for institutional clients.
• Review designs to ensure maintainability and alignment with risk and compliance controls in a regulated environment.
