Qualifications

• 10+ years in software or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience as a solution architect with multi-squad oversight.
• Experience with GenAI and agentic systems, including endpoints and orchestration.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable backend services and data platform solutions.
• Provide technical oversight to multiple squads and align with enterprise standards.
• Design onboarding and integration of diverse datasets into cloud data platforms (Airflow, Glue).
• Lead architecture reviews, ADRs/RAID, and drive cross-team alignment in Agile environments.
