Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role (principal engineer, tech lead, team lead, architect).
• Experience designing scalable platform, integration, data, and application architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for new systems and major enhancements.
• Define architecture patterns to support scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
• Provide architectural oversight across the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Define the vision and roadmap for technology-based solutions.
• Produce high-level designs addressing integration, scalability, and compatibility.
• Evaluate feasibility of business requirements with stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers through architectural principles and best practices.
• Evolve development standards and governance processes across teams.
• Partner with engineering and business to align with enterprise architecture.
• Serve as escalation point for technical issues.
