Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in Solution Architecture to drive delivery of complex, cloud-native solutions for diverse clients. You will own end-to-end architecture, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams, balancing business goals with technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale, cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on software engineering in >=2 modern languages (Java, C#, JS/TS).
• Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, data architecture, scalability, resiliency, multi-cloud, security-by-design.
• Experience designing AI/ML or LLM-based business solutions in production and using AI-native tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks.
• Engage in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.
• Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance, set standards, patterns, and guardrails for engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end architecture from business requirements to delivery and evolution.
• Package best practices into thought leadership and publish assets.
