Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Senior Solution Architect - D365 to join our Information Technology team. You will design scalable, secure enterprise architectures and translate business strategy into MarTech/CRM solutions while maintaining strong documentation and security practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and business users, agile delivery, and the ability to lead large, diverse teams across projects and environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading design of enterprise environments.
• Progressive experience in marketing and relationship management systems and project management.
• Understanding cross module and downstream impacts of application configuration.
• Dynamics 365 experience preferred, not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide technology solutions aligning business goals with scalable, secure architectures.
• Create and maintain operating procedures and technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and strategy.
• Participate in project teams that use MarTech and CRM data.
• Assist with IT security and user access for MarTech/CRM systems as required.
• Review application demands for impact on existing configuration and manage testing and training.
• Manage optimization related to security and data integrity for the applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT and business users to identify new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Balance long-term vision with short-term execution; prioritize effectively.
