Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to join our Information Technology team. The role focuses on aligning multi-year IT roadmaps with firm priorities, leading architecture initiatives, and creating high-level designs.

You will mentor technical teams, influence strategic decisions, and ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and regulatory standards. This position offers growth and a collaborative environment at CLA.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Consultation Lead: Act as Business Relationship Manager for Firm Services, lead strategic direction meetings with IT and Firm Leadership, design technical solutions for business problems and assist the Project Manager to create a scope of work.
• Architecture Guide: forecast and roadmap technologies, develop strategic plans for standards, translate requirements into system guidelines and high-level technical requirements.
• Technical Team Initiatives: create documentation around architectural initiatives, provide peer review of technology initiatives, guide technical teams through implementations and review outcomes for design compliance.
• Provide day to day leadership, coaching, development, and performance management.
