Job summary
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. seeks a Solid Waste Engineering Senior Project Manager in Houston to lead marketing and delivery of waste management projects, mentor staff, and expand client relationships.
You will develop strategies with the operations team, oversee proposals and technical reviews, and ensure high-quality design and project success while growing the firm’s solid waste market footprint.
Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering required; MS preferred
- 15+ years of engineering consulting experience
- PE license considered a plus
- Strong client development and staff mentoring capabilities
- Ability to prepare and review construction documents and specs
- Experience with proposals and qualifications documents
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Excel, Word, HydroCAD
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and management of solid waste projects
- Develop and implement strategies to grow new business
- Mentor and develop staff and project teams
