Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum 7 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with planning, permitting, design, and construction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and maintain regulatory partnerships.
• Lead proposals and business development efforts.
• Plan, permit, design, and develop solid waste and civil infrastructure projects.
• Manage projects across all execution phases: planning, permitting, design, procurement, bidding, construction, closeout.
• Control project scope, budgets, schedules, safety, and client expectations.
• Prepare engineering designs, reports, calculations, and bid documents.
• Support waste and biogas initiatives, including landfill development and sustainability.
• Provide construction support and field oversight, including QA/QC.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and MicroStation in design work.
• Mentor junior staff and perform quality reviews.
