Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE license required.
• Minimum 7 years of related professional experience.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Experience supporting planning, permitting, design, and construction phases.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing new client relationships while maintaining existing client and regulatory agency partnerships.
• Delivering internal and external presentations and supporting proposal development and business development initiatives.
• Facility planning, permitting, design, and site development for solid waste, environmental, and civil infrastructure projects.
• Leading projects through all phases of execution, including planning, permitting, design, procurement, bidding, construction, and closeout.
• Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, reporting, and client expectations.
• Preparing engineering designs, plans, specifications, technical reports, calculations, cost estimates, and bid documents.
• Supporting solid waste and resource recovery initiatives, including landfill development and sustainability efforts.
• Completing environmental permitting and regulatory compliance activities.
