Qualifications

• Five+ years in solar construction, O&M, or commissioning.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and specs.
• Strong documentation and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel to active sites with valid license.
• Experience with warranty claims and manufacturers.
• Knowledge of NEC and interconnection standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead warranty management for inverters, trackers, BOS, and PV systems.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans and perform system testing.
• Coordinate documentation, punch lists, and final closeout with manufacturers.
• Interface with clients, engineers, and trade partners on issues.
• Mentor project teams on commissioning best practices.
• Ensure NEC and interconnection compliance.
