Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and concentration abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading a construction team and coordinating engineers/designers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of utility-scale renewable energy project practices is a plus.
• Strong electrical engineering principles knowledge.
• Familiar with QA/QC documentation and turnover processes.
• Proficient with BIM coordination and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure jobsite safety and adherence to company standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical personnel and subcontractors.
• Review proposals, schedules, and budgets for electrical work.
• Oversee submittals, design compliance, and project documentation.
• Manage procurement, material delivery, and turnover documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project personnel.
• Coordinate electrical BIM collaboration for the project.
