Job summary

Paradise Energy Solutions is hiring a Sr. Service Technician, O&M to support our growing solar installation and maintenance programs in Ohio. You will perform testing and troubleshooting on electrical systems, with an emphasis on solar equipment, and independently service systems installed by us or other installers.

The role requires a Journeyman license (Master Electrician preferred) and familiarity with testing equipment; training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required; Master Electrician preferred.
• Solar experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience with testing equipment (Megger, PV check, IV-curve tracers, clamp-on meters, DMM).

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems on solar installations.
• Independently service solar systems installed by Paradise Energy Solutions or others.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are followed; maintain clean work area.
• Communicate findings and recommended actions clearly to team.
