Job summary

CPL is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to design and deliver solar PV and electrical systems for commercial, institutional, and utility-scale projects in Charlotte, NC. You will develop models in Revit and AutoCAD, perform system calculations, and coordinate across disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate commercial, institutional, and utility-scale solar PV and electrical systems, from feasibility through construction documentation.
• Develop and manage Revit and AutoCAD models, electrical layouts, system calculations, and interdisciplinary coordination to support successful project delivery.
• Partner with clients, utilities, contractors, and internal teams to navigate permitting, interconnection requirements, and construction support.
