Turnkey Solar Solutions, located in Jackson, Michigan, seeks a Solar Project Manager to oversee installation teams and ensure project success. The ideal candidate will manage Project Managers and the installation workforce, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met while maintaining positive customer relationships.

A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, 10+ years of relevant experience, and certifications such as NABCEP and MIOSHA are required. A competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 USD plus bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Construction, Installation and Quality Systems experience required.
• Experience with utility scale projects of 5 Mega Watts or higher preferred.
• Ability to obtain CDL certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Managers and Installation workforce to meet schedule requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment during installation.
• Coordinate all sub-contractors and assist in scheduling work force.
