Advanced Roofing seeks a Solar Project Manager to lead commercial solar installations from concept to completion. You will join a growth-oriented team delivering EPC projects across Florida and the Caribbean, driving design, budgeting, scheduling, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing commercial solar projects.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop design documents per sales engineering and contract documents.
• Coordinate designs with budget and site conditions to ensure a constructable and successful project.
• Plan, organize and schedule the activities of construction managers and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Liaison with building owner to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor/control construction to ensure project on schedule and within budget; implement corrective measures.
• Represent company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings.
