Job summary

Flintco is seeking a Solar Project Controls professional to support cost management, forecasting, and performance reporting for utility-scale solar projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and finance to deliver timely, accurate data on costs, manpower, and progress.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or ERP systems. Travel to multiple project sites is expected as projects move forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• Experience in cost controls, forecasting, and project reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to travel to multiple project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support cost tracking, forecasting, and EAC development for solar projects.
• Maintain project cost reporting accuracy and dashboards.
• Monitor progress, manpower, and production against plan.
• Collaborate with PMs, superintendents, and operations leadership.
• Develop historical benchmarks and final cost analyses.
