Qualifications

• Previous solar installation experience or equivalent construction/military experience required.
• Adheres to company safety policies and procedures, identifies safety hazards, and encourages others to work safely.
• Ability to establish rapport and communicate tactfully with customers and coworkers.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and key metrics.
• Willingness to participate in Power+ cross-training across departments.
• Works independently and as part of a team to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes ownership of issues and follows up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory at loading dock to ensure crew truck is stocked.
• Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, electrical equipment and tools.
• Apply weather sealing to roofing structures.
• Assemble racking, modules and support structures per project plan.
• Maintain a clean and orderly job site.
• Perform project cleanup at client site and installation vehicle.
• Maintain safety for crew and job site at all times.
• Attend mandatory training on products, installation methodology, and safety.
• Lead crew through safe, efficient installations and provide technical support.
• Assist with solar battery installations when assigned.
• May serve as acting Foreperson in the Foreperson's absence.
