Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Civil Superintendent to lead field execution on solar projects across multiple states. The role oversees schedules, safety, and coordination with owners and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include directing the team from start to finish, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality control. Travel is required to Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina across multi-state projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as the primary superintendent on solar construction projects.
• Experience with leading multiple direct reports and teams.
• Complies with regulatory and permit requirements.
• Handles all field disciplines e.g., electrical, mechanical.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in preconstruction by identifying project requirements and Owner Contract requirements.
• Lead the team from construction start through project close.
• Communicate and interpret project scope to the site management team.
• Constructs schedule by maintaining a project production schedule, assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor.
• Manages safety by establishing safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Communicate regularly with owners and other construction management team members.
• Manage job progress by participating in meetings and producing daily Superintendent Reports.
