Job summary

Facility Innovations Group in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee the solar construction process for utility and C&I energy projects. You will conduct site visits, coordinate with engineers and vendors, source materials, and support design and development teams through construction, QA, and M&V.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Construction Management or related field; preferred.
• 3–6 years of progressive engineering design or project management in energy projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret design, development and construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage one to several solar construction projects from early development through post-construction.
• Conduct site visits, meet with engineers and vendors, source materials and manage procurement.
• Coordinate with pre-NTP developers and design team for value engineering from constructability viewpoint.
• Develop and manage provider relationships, issue RFPs, and oversee subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality assurance, and timely project delivery, with travel to sites nationwide.
