Job summary

Core Group Resources seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction site teams and supervise the installation workforce to meet schedule requirements across customer projects. The role blends office planning with field leadership.

You will enforce safety, manage quality, coordinate subcontractors, and work with the VP of Operations to provide financial and operational feedback. Travel to job sites and customers is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction, installation, and quality systems experience.
• NABCEP Certified Installation Professional is required.
• MIOSHA 30 Certification is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers on construction sites and supervise installation workforce.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and ensure quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors and partners across electrical and civil trades.
• Support scheduling and provide financial feedback to VP Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
