Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a proactive Mechanical Superintendent to lead safe, high-quality racking and module installation on utility-scale solar projects. You’ll mentor in-house teams, manage equipment, and oversee procurement to ensure efficient execution across sites nationwide.

You will travel to multiple project sites, developing team members and driving continuous process improvement while upholding DEPCOM’s safety culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with pile driving, racking and module installation.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the mechanical self-perform team, including foremen, to ensure safe, high-quality installation.
• Develop and coach team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Coordinate tools, equipment, and procurement with internal teams for efficient execution.
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive 3 week look ahead for Mechanical disciplines.
• Maintain schedules, track progress, and drive process improvements to meet quality and safety standards.
• Travel to multiple project sites nationwide and build strong team relationships.
