Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is hiring a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution on utility-scale solar and storage projects across the Southwest. You will build Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, align subcontractors, and ensure delivery on safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.

The role is site-based with rotations and potential travel to El Paso, TX. You will drive proactive risk management, manage Change Orders, and maintain excellent customer and stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Experience leading field execution on large-scale industrial or renewable energy projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi-discipline teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements on active jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Logistics teams to maintain safe, on-time delivery within budget.
• Develop and retain high-performing superintendent teams and drive accountability for results.
• Manage project performance against safety, schedule, cost, and environmental standards.
