You’ll be responsible for directing electrical engineering activities and overseeing the full life cycle of utility-scale solar, energy storage, and wind projects—from initial concept through final delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and engineering activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects, including reviewing site conditions, technical specifications, and client requirements to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and oversee conceptual and detailed electrical designs, such as layouts, single-line diagrams, system calculations, and Bills of Materials (BOM), coordinating deliverables with engineers of record (EoR) and project stakeholders.
• Manage technical reviews and documentation, including design packages (30/60/90/IFC), submittals, RFIs, and vendor proposals, ensuring timely approvals and adherence to applicable standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and QHSE requirements).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Estimating, and Construction teams to support project execution, provide technical guidance, and contribute to process improvements and optimized project outcomes.
