Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a laboratory setting, especially with soil testing.

Responsibilities

• Collect and label soil samples from various locations and depths.
• Prepare samples for testing (drying, sieving, etc.).
• Perform soil tests: grain size analysis, Atterberg limits, compaction, moisture content, specific gravity, permeability, UCS.
• Record and log test results accurately and use software to analyze data and generate reports.
• Maintain lab equipment and assist with training of junior staff.
