Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated development environment.
• Experience leading teams of six or more engineers, managing complex projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of automated testing for Android or iOS applications.
• Experience testing applications across Android, iOS, Windows or Android tablet platforms, including Python usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor R&D software verification team members, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
• Ensure high-quality R&D deliverables and support major projects across product and technology integrations.
• Develop and monitor budgets; plan staffing, schedules and resources for R&D initiatives.
• Define project-level verification strategies for medical devices and software.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to drive results with quality, regulatory, PM, manufacturing and marketing teams.
• Present updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
