Qualifications

• 4+ years of software QA experience focused on release-based testing and validation.
• 4+ years in a SaaS environment.
• Experience on both server and client side of device technology.
• Ability to understand, debug, and maintain existing automation code (e.g., Java-based).

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements with Development and Leads for test planning and release certification.
• Participate in a Scrum team environment.
• Manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Development and Release to support product infrastructure growth and high availability.
• Define test coverage aligned with top customer usage patterns.
• Review changes entering test and staging environments.
• Ensure compatibility with existing customer deployments.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end/system test plans and automation.
• Set up test configurations and lab environments for end-to-end testing.
• Prioritize critical customer usage patterns for weekly releases.
