Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer to drive test automation. You will design, build, and continuously improve automation frameworks, write production-quality test code, and collaborate with development teams to embed quality across the SDLC.
The ideal candidate combines strong programming skills with deep testing strategy knowledge—unit, integration, end‑to‑end, performance, and security— in modern distributed systems, translating ambiguous requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as an SDET or test-focused software engineering roles.
- Strong programming in Java, Python, JavaScript or C#.
- Hands-on with UI automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Experience automating REST and/or gRPC APIs.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
- SQL skills and database validation.
- Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Excellent debugging, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
