Job summary

RTX in Aurora, CO is seeking a seasoned software test engineer to support and expand automated and manual testing across the development lifecycle. The role emphasizes DevSecOps collaboration, performance and security validation, and reliable releases within a fast-moving, security-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in testing (or 3+ with an advanced degree) and hold TS/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship. Onsite work, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation and traceability.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

Employment Conditions

This role is contingent on contract award and customer funding. The position is an onsite role in Aurora, CO. Travel to customer CONUS & OCONUS sites is required, but no more than 25%.
