Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of Software Test Automation/SDET experience in product development.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality software from development to release.
• Strong test planning, design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting skills.
• Experience testing REST APIs and GraphQL services; strong exploratory testing and bug investigation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test strategies ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with software engineers to promote testability and quality across the SDLC.
• Lead test planning, estimation, and execution for complex features and releases.
• Analyze requirements to design, maintain automated and manual test cases.
• Design and enhance scalable test automation frameworks, tools, dashboards, and reusable components.
• Execute tests across front-end, back-end, APIs; document and track defects to resolution.
• Drive V&V activities, perform root cause analysis, and report quality metrics.
• Create and maintain test plans, suites, and related quality documentation.
