Job summary

TriSearch seeks a Software Technical Lead to anchor a multi‑tenant SaaS transformation. You will own end‑to‑end technical delivery across monolith extraction to microservices, guiding design reviews, deployments, and production support.

You will collaborate with frontend and backend teams, including offshore resources, and drive architectures for event‑driven systems and AI agent integration. This is a senior IC role focused on code, architecture, and production excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a Technical Lead or senior contributor.
• Proficiency in Python, Java/Spring Boot, PHP/Laravel, and TypeScript/React.
• Significant AWS production experience and modern cloud patterns.
• Experience breaking a production monolith into microservices.
• Strong architectural and design documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery for assigned product areas from design to production cutover.
• Lead design and code reviews and set engineering standards.
• Deliver full-stack vertical slices including frontend, API/BFF, and microservices.
• Partner with the AI platform team for production AI agent integrations.
• Establish engineering practices to improve velocity while maintaining quality.
• Define cross-team contracts and mentor engineers across the team.
