Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Aurora, CO is seeking a Software Systems Integration Engineer - Level 5 to join our team onsite. The role requires an active SCI clearance, and the candidate will work on synthesizing customer requirements into system test solutions while coordinating testing activities.

The position emphasizes development of test plans, evaluation of system performance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI clearance required at time of application.
Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience; 10 years with a Master’s; 8 years with a PhD. An additional 4 years may be substituted for a degree.
Experience with software installation (COTS and custom).
Understanding of investigating log files and software/infrastructure issues; ability to create lightweight configuration management.

Responsibilities

Synthesize customer needs into system test solutions considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans and schedules.
Coordinate integrated testing activities and ensure test requirements are complete.
Review test requirements to ensure completeness of the program.
Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare system-level evaluations.
