Job summary

Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) is seeking a Software Systems Engineer Lead with an active Secret clearance to provide senior technical leadership across complex software systems, including architecture, development, integration, and modernization.

The ideal candidate will lead BPMN-based automation using Appian, Oracle, and SQL Server, and drive data analytics, BI, and security-focused modernization initiatives within an Agile/hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering and software development experience.
• Active Secret Clearance with IT-II eligibility.
• IAT Level I certification or equivalent.
• Experience with BPMN, low-code/no-code tools, Appian, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Strong leadership of engineering and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership across complex software systems.
• Design and develop software applications and automation using low-code/no-code platforms and BPMN.
• Develop BI solutions including data modeling and dashboards.
• Ensure architectures meet security, DoD, and enterprise standards.
• Mentor and direct engineering staff; oversee testing, integration, and documentation.
