Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software security engineering experience in production.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong programming skills in Python or a systems language (Go or Rust).
• Experience contributing to cloud security controls.
• Track record of owning problems end to end, from issue to fix.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Low ego and high empathy; passion for AI safety.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain identity and secrets management systems across multi-cloud environments.
• Contribute to cluster security controls: RBAC, namespace isolation, workload identity, pod security.
• Implement cloud security controls: IAM, network segmentation, VPC architecture, encryption.
• Design secure development frameworks and libraries for service-to-service auth, serialization, tooling proxies.
• Harden CI/CD pipelines against supply chain attacks with isolated builds and attestations.
• Identify and remediate gaps through code review, threat modeling, debugging.
• Contribute to cloud security posture management via IaC scanning and automated remediation.
