You’ll lead threat modeling portfolio-wide, integrate AI securely, and drive security metrics to quantify impact and drive decisions across leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 11+ years in software/app security or security engineering with senior/lead responsibility.
• Proven leadership in threat modeling and secure design reviews for complex systems including AI features.
• Experience interpreting SAST/DAST/SCA results and guiding risk-based remediation for CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to influence engineering and product leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio security posture and translate threat trends into prioritised actions.
• Review and approve secure designs, applying security by design across platforms.
• Lead threat modeling portfolio-wide with defensible, evidence-based models.
• Integrate AI securely into in-scope platforms and framework adoption.
• Define and drive security metrics like risk reduction and MTTR.
