Responsibilities

• Defines and validates safety, mission success, and airworthiness; supports incorporation into designs and procedures.
• Supports internal software certification processes.
• Performs hazard tracking and risk resolution (SSHA, SAR, SCFTA).
• Conducts safety assessments and memos; participates in review boards and safety meetings.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define, validate, and integrate safety requirements.
• Verifies system meets safety requirements via analyses, audits, and reviews.
