Job summary

ARCHER in Houston seeks a seasoned production reliability architect to guide service resilience, architecture, capacity planning, security remediation, and operational readiness across cloud, container, data, and AI/ML platforms.

You will build and operate production pipelines and infrastructure workflows, coordinate incidents and vendor support, and drive root-cause analysis and lasting reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science plus 7 years of experience, or a master's with 5 years.
• 5 years of experience with ITIL, resilient platform operations, cloud/infrastructure automation, chaos engineering, incident management, and observability.
• 3 years delivering cross-functional infrastructure, resiliency, or AI/ML initiatives.
